As the Founder and CEO of Nexence Solutions, Gonzalo brings more than 20 years of global experience in industrial automation, MES systems, and digital transformation for industrial operations. He leads the strategic and technical direction of the company, ensuring Nexence delivers high-impact solutions that combine automation expertise, enterprise software, and agile project delivery.
Gonzalo’s career spans North America, Europe, Asia, and Latin America, where he has designed, programmed, and commissioned cutting-edge industrial systems for a wide range of sectors including pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, and general manufacturing. His in-depth understanding of complex industrial processes is foundational to Nexence’s ability to provide tailored, scalable solutions that increase efficiency and operational intelligence.
He is a seasoned expert in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), with a focus on Siemens Opcenter EX (Process, Pharma, and FN), SimaticIT, and other major platforms such as DeltaV DCS, PCS7, and SCADA systems like WinCC and FactoryTalk. His ability to bridge the gap between plant-floor technology and business systems has positioned Nexence as a go-to partner for integrating MES with ERP (e.g., SAP), LIMS, and logistics platforms.
Gonzalo’s technical stack includes programming in C#, VB.NET, and SQL, along with strong capabilities in Microsoft SQL Server. His software development practices are deeply rooted in modern engineering principles, utilizing Git, Azure DevOps, and Agile methodologies to lead cross-functional teams and complex industrial software projects.

Sara began her career in media agencies before advancing into strategic marketing roles at SEAT and CUPRA, two of Europe’s top automotive brands. There, she developed a deep understanding of data-driven decision-making, digital platforms, and customer-centric innovation in a highly competitive, tech-forward industry—insights that now inform her work in enterprise and industrial B2B environments.
In her current role as Commercial Strategy & Digital Innovation Lead, Sara focuses on business development, go-to-market strategy, and the integration of digital platforms in automation and AdTech ecosystems, ensuring our clients can scale intelligently and communicate effectively in modern, technology-driven markets.
She also plays a key role in client relationship management, identifying tailored solutions that link industrial software, automation, and digital communication tools.
